1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), we are unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

  • If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for damaged or defective products only.

  • To initiate a refund, please reach out to our customer service team at info@thefridge.shop with your order details and a photo of the damaged product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any damaged products, unless we determine otherwise.
