SECTION 3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • All products available for purchase on our Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or make changes to product descriptions or pricing without prior notice.

  • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. If a product's price or information is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order.

SECTION 4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for processing your order. You are responsible for all charges, including taxes and shipping costs.

  • We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay.

  • Once your order is processed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

SECTION 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We offer delivery within Singapore. Delivery fees are calculated based on your order amount: Orders below SGD $50 will incur a SGD $18 delivery fee, orders between SGD $50 and $99 will be charged a SGD $12 delivery fee, and orders over SGD $100 will receive free delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary, and we aim to ship all orders on stipulated days by 10pm, though delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery. We are not liable for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

SECTION 6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • As our products are alcoholic beverages, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

SECTION 7. COLD STORAGE AND REFRIGERATION

  • All items ordered from thefridge must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. We are not liable for any product spoilage if the items are not stored under proper refrigeration after delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the importance of cold storage and agree that thefridge is not responsible for any damages caused by improper storage after delivery.
