The third act of Vertere's Beets Sour Saison series — and the most confident yet. Beta III is a saison-meets-sour collaboration between Vertere's Belgian yeast character and the deep, earthy sweetness of beets, creating a unique, wine-like tartness with a rustic farmhouse complexity.

Notes of red earth, dried fruit and a gentle spice from the saison yeast intertwine in a light-bodied, beautifully refreshing pour. Unusual, thoughtful and entirely Vertere.
