Blood Orange Gose is a tart, refreshing wheat ale kettle-soured with lactobacillus and brewed with sea salt and coriander in the classic German gose tradition. What sets it apart is a liberal addition of blood oranges during fermentation, imparting tangy citrus notes and a subtle sweetness that complements the champagne-like salinity and tartness of the base gose.

Pale Two-Row, Malted White Wheat and Rice Hulls build a light, soft body while Chinook hops provide just 12 IBUs of clean bitterness.
