A slow, sunset-coloured pulp sour from One Drop Brewing Co — made for after hours.

Soft peach and apricot lead the way, followed by guava and mango sweetness, all sinking into a thick, plush body built on banana weight. Sweet-sour with a gentle tart pull, smoothed out with added lactose for a creamy, lingering finish that hangs around longer than planned. Low lights, heavy fruit and just enough temptation — some things are better felt in the shadows.
