Carillon Oud Bruin revives the rich tradition of Belgian‑style sour brown ales with a modern Garage Project twist. Brewed with EKG hops and a blend of Pilsner, Vienna, Brown, Redback Wheat, Candy Sugar and more malts, this brew is aged in wood using mixed yeasts and Lactobacillus for depth and complexity. The result: a dark, reddish-brown body bursting with flavours of dark sour cherry, dried fruit, chocolate and coffee.
