With a focus on sustainability, this brew uses Certified Sustainable, single-origin, regeneratively grown barley sourced in collaboration with Tolga Farms, Joe White Malting, and Bintani. This barley boasts a 73% lower carbon footprint than traditional malt, and every batch can be traced from paddock to pint. This initiative has removed 70,000 kgs of CO2 emissions annually from the malt process.
Additionally, 100% of the spent grain from the brewing process is repurposed as livestock feed, preventing waste from ending up in landfills and saving over 400,000 kgs of emissions each year.
