It opens with aromas of melon, white pepper, citrus, and subtle pine resin. The palate delivers bold citrus and pine flavors, backed by white pepper and dank waves, with a noticeable bitterness developing mid-palate. The beer finishes with a mouth-coating, resinous bitterness that lingers long after the last sip. Proudly reducing CO2 emissions and fossil fuel reliance, our off-grid brewery eliminates over 1,000,000 kgs of CO2 annually.
