K-Philia #2

K stands for Kyoto and this is the second chapter of Totopia Brewery's ongoing love letter to Kyoto Brewing Company. K-Philia #2 is a DDH West Coast Triple IPA collaboration between the two breweries, built with Simcoe Cryo, Dolcita, Krush Cryo, Strata CGX and Grapefruit Kush for a brilliantly clear, golden pour that defies the modern hazy paradigm.

A prominent grassy aroma rises from the glass before layers of firm, assertive bitterness take hold. Crisp grapefruit notes cut through cleanly, leading to a sharp, dry finish that keeps every sip precise and invigorating.
