Introducing Modal Bliss, the latest track in a legendary producer’s beer discography. For this release, WCB teams up with @yakimachief and @freestylehops to feature Citra and the experimental Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process. This special hop blend combines early and late harvest Nelson Sauvin lots. Before harvest, the late-season hops are intentionally bruised to stimulate the production of thiols—aromatic compounds that amplify rich, tropical aromas.

From the first sip, you’ll catch a complex citrus blend of grapefruit, orange, and lemon, gradually shifting into luscious passion fruit and mango. Earthy, dank notes and subtle woody bitterness bring depth, while a delicate sweetness lifts the finish.
