Nyxphobia

Nyxphobia is Totopia's decadent quad-mash imperial stout infused with toasted coconut and marshmallow. Quadruple mashing yields a thick, dessert-like body. Expect layers of dark and milk chocolate, caramel and roasted malt from the base stout. The toasted coconut addition brings sweet nutty aromas and enhances the chocolate and caramel notes, while toasted marshmallow and dark chocolate lend flavours of charred vanilla, cocoa and subtle dark fruits. A velvety finish and 13.5% ABV make this a luxurious after-dinner beer.
