Crafted in collaboration with King River Brewing, Piano Piano is a nod to tradition done the modern way. This Italian Pilsner is brewed with Eraclea Pilsner Malt from the Adriatic Coast, bringing a clean, bready malt character reminiscent of fresh crackers. Hopped with Super Noble Loral, Saaz, Ekuanot, and Motueka across fermentation, it delivers subtle layers of citrus zest, melon, and floral spice. The finish is crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Brewed and canned in both Brunswick and Jindong, this beer celebrates community, craftsmanship, and a slower, more delicious way of life. Nonna would definitely approve.
