PIG is Bellwoods Brewery's West Coast IPA — a slightly clearer, drier and more assertively bitter sibling to Roman Candle that leans into the classic west coast tradition.

Featuring Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade and Columbus hops, it delivers pleasantly bitter notes of pine, pineapple and juicy citrus fruit on a restrained malt base that stays clean and dry from start to finish. Where Roman Candle ignites in a haze of tropical fruit, PIG gets down to business with firm, resinous west coast conviction.
