Historically, saisons were brewed in winter and spring for farmers to enjoy during the heat of summer. Staying true to that tradition, we packed this beer with generous amounts of hops, enhancing its preservation while giving it a lively character that stands out among Belgian beers.

Some might mistake it for a saison IPA — and they're not far off. With an IBU around 50, it’s slightly lower in bitterness than a typical IPA, yet the dry, crisp body provides just the right balance.
