Sunrise Valley

Originally brewed in collaboration with Trillium in Canton, Massachusetts, Sunrise Valley by Garage Project is a groundbreaking hazy IPA showcasing a hop-free boil and massive dry hop. Bursting with lemon zest and freshly peeled orange, it finishes refreshingly crisp. Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops from Upper Moutere’s Sunrise Valley add bright citrus and wine-like character. First brewed in May 2020 and featuring artwork by Ben Leon, this brew was once radical in technique — now iconic in flavour. It’s a beer rooted in innovation, terroir, and transpacific creativity, celebrating bold hops and fresh perspectives.
