Inspired by the iconic Three Sisters rock formations of Australia's Blue Mountains, this collaboration between Uchu Brewing and Mountain Culture Beer is a single-hop hazy IPA brewed exclusively with Mosaic hops.

Mandarin, blueberry and passionfruit emerge in a vivid, layered aroma — a testament to what one perfect hop can achieve when selected and used with conviction. From two of the most celebrated hop-obsessed breweries in their respective countries: Japan meets Australia, and the result is breathtaking.
