Umamamam

A beautifully layered hazy DIPA brewed with Cloudwater, built around the idea of hop complexity rather than one-note juice. Stone fruit, tangerine, citrus and a soft dank edge all come together in a mouth-filling, satisfying way, but it never feels overly sweet. Polished, expressive and a great bottle for anyone who wants more depth from a hazy.
