Wet Hop Ace IPA

A celebration of past and present, Wet Hop Ace IPA revives the original soul of our beloved Ace with a fresh twist. Brewed using the same foundation recipe, this version amps things up with 25g/L of wet Flinders hops, harvested by South West Hops and recirculated for 24 hours. The result is a familiar yet freshly expressive IPA—bold bitterness meets vivid notes of melon, pine, and freshly cut grass. At 6.8%, it’s punchy yet polished, and easily one of the best wet hop expressions we’ve brewed in our 8 years. Classic Ace, elevated by the harvest.
