With the help of our innovative CO2 reclaim unit, we capture approximately 80% of the CO2 generated during fermentation. This system allows us to reuse the CO2 in the packaging process, adding those glorious bubbles to your beer. To date, we’ve successfully captured 40,000 kgs of CO2, with the potential to capture over 100,000 kgs annually. This environmentally friendly initiative ensures that every sip supports a more sustainable future.
