Garage Project’s Yakima Valley is a bold hazy IPA born from a transpacific collaboration with East Coast legends Trillium. First released in September 2020, this hop-forward marvel skips the traditional kettle hop addition and instead features a massive dry hop of hand-selected Mosaic and Citra. The result? A juicy, aromatic explosion of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, and soft bitterness wrapped in a pillowy haze. Inspired by America’s premier hop-growing region, this beer is a vibrant tribute to the Yakima Valley.
